Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Weekend and holiday orders will ship the following business day. You will recieve an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number.
If paying with a purchase order, please make sure to include your name, company name, and phone number. Orders being paid with a purchase order that do not contain this information may be refused.
Shipping & Handling
Products for Autism only ships in the US. A 5% shipping and handling fee (regular ground) is applied to all products. Minimum shipping fee is $10.00.
UPS ground shipping in the continental US takes between 3-7 days to arrive.
Idaho sales tax will be applied on sales to Idaho shipping addresses.
Everythng we sell is completely guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns or cancellations.
Each manufacturer includes its own warranty or guarantee for each item. When you receive your order please read these carefully as each item has a period of time and conditions for which they apply.
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipment or defective, you must notify PFA immediately at 1-866-709-4344 or firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on handling its return. A replacement will be sent or credit issued as soon as the item is returned.
